Korkee earned her Championship in 1995, then moved on to motherhood with a limited number of puppies. These included Hero's Jewel Legacy who produced Ch. Hero's Boop Boop Bee Doo (Tootsie).

Because of her finest offspring, CH Hero's Wild Card, (Maverick), she is the grandmother of several Champions who are owned by various breeders. Her latest champion grandson is CH Hero's the Chosen One (Matrix). Her other grandchildren include Ch. Hero's Sweet Taboo, Bubbles, Kate, and Harmony.

Korkee was offered as a loaner to the Tangemans in1997. Craig Tangeman just had to have her because of her smiles and personality. She moved in permanently and began her training with Karen for performance events, earning her Junior & Senior ED titles in1999. During 2000, she earned her Master Earthdog title, along with her Companion Dog title which qualified her for the WHWTCA Versatile Dog Award.

At eleven years of age in 2003, she earned her Novice Agility Jumper Preferred title, but she was not done with agility and continued to compete, earning her Novice Jumpers with Weave title in 2005.

Still, she was not going in to retirement without one more time in the ring. At the 2006 National Specialty she was awarded the Veterans Bitch Sweepstakes and Best of Opposite Sex--at fourteen years of age.

She now runs towards Craig, who is waiting for her at the rainbow bridge.
