Pet Boarding Agreement
In the event a pet becomes ill or is injured while in this kennel, it shall be taken to the veterinarian stated below, at the pet owner's expense. Should this veterinarian be unobtainable, the pet shall be taken to the veterinary practice that primarily services this kennel, at the pet owner's expense.
In the event that a pet dies from illness or injury considered to be an act of God, this kennel will not be held responsible.
In the event a pet is lost or fatally injured, and it is proven to be caused by negligence or carelessness on the part of this kennel, a pet of the same breed will be purchased by this kennel and replaced to the pet owner. In no event shall any actual cash money be passed between this kennel and the pet owner in this replacement agreement.
Any pet remaining more than ten days beyond the pick up date, and not receiving further information from the pet owner, will be removed from the premises as this kennel sees fit.
